Yeah, that guy does sound like a bit of a dbag for trying to copyright Pi. That's like Cadbury trying to copyright purple.
And you do have a very lovely singing voice. :) A couple of notes reminded me of Alanis Morrissette's voice (and I really like her, so that is meant as a compliment)
